Very happy with this product. It is amazing that you can have a drink instead of tablets that are impossible to swallow. Would definitely recommend this product if you can not swallow multivitamin tablets it's amazing, thank you.
I bought this product due to having issues dealing other pregnancy tablets. I’m really happy with this product and would recommend it. I noted other comments on the ‘fishy’ taste, I don’t agree. The taste is fine, no issues. I sometimes put flavours in the drink to mix it up.
I bought this to try because I have a hard time swallowing tablets. So far it’s worked for me and quite happy to continue to purchase it.
I started taking PregmaPlus+ while trying to conceive. I am pregnant after the first month of trying! I find the supplement very easy to drink. It has a mild unflavoured milk taste and is not grainy or hard to stomach. I find it helps take that hungry feeling away in the morning before breakfast. Would highly recommend.
I need to buy more. It's a great alternative to tablets and prepping for my next pregnancy.
l will continue to use for the rest of my pregnancy. I’m so glad it helps with morning sickness as well and that it comes in both tin and travel sizes.
Both days I tried the samples I was feel really sick, I felt drained. After taking the supplement I felt noticeably better, more energy and more appetite.
This is a really great product for pregnant women who are particularly needing to up their calcium intake. Very easy to prepare and drink; even if feeling nauseous.
Love that this is powder form and can be used as a drink.

These would have been great during my first pregnancy as I had Hyperemesis gravidarum and couldn’t keep food or tablets down. I am now trying to conceive again and expect to suffer from HG again so it will be good to know I am getting all the essential nutrients and hopefully feel less ill.
I was down with hyperemesis in my previous pregnancy. Couldn’t take any vitamins so looking forward to use PregmaPlus+ this time.
I have a confession to make. I hate taking vitamins or supplements when they’re in tablet form 🤢 So when @nutracarelife offered me an awesome alternative in the form of soluble pregnancy supplements and liquid probiotics, you can imagine how stoked I was! 👏🏼 Their range is Australian made and owned, and not just for pregnancy, but for infancy, childhood and adulthood too! If you’re looking for an alternative to tablet vitamins, look no further than @nutracarelife ♥️
This pregnancy I have been taking @nutracarelife PregmaPlus+ to help support my body and my baby. They have two stages... Stage 1 is for preconception and the first trimester and includes Ginger & Vitamin B6 to assist with morning sickness relief. Stage 2 is for the second and third trimesters and includes increased calcium, vitamin D, DHA, iodine and iron. Potential low iron is my particular concern with this pregnancy so I feel really supported taking this product.
Check out my stories where I show you my favourite breakfast. It’s not only great for me but good for my baby as well. I pop my daily dose of PregmaPlus+ Stage 2 into a delicious Banana and Strawberry smoothie, that’s full of goodies. PregmaPlus+ Stage 2 supports us both by combining all of the essential vitamins and minerals for the second and third trimesters. This includes DHA which is critical for foetal brain development and vitamin D to support bone development in later stages of pregnancy.
What you need will be different from pre conception to your 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimesters! We’ve found that @nutracarelife uniquely supports these changing needs over the course of pregnancy and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Since hitting our 2nd trimester we’ve been using the PregmaPlus+ Stage 2 which supports 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Our bubs are growing at a rapid rate now so the increased need for iron, calcium, vitamin D and DHA is vital! We simply pop into our morning smoothie bowl or simply add to water!
Being able to do this pregnancy with my sis @danibonnor has been the best! It’s been so great to bounce off each other with how we are feeling, moving our bodies and how we are filling up our bodies with the best nutrients. We are both using Stage 2 whilst in our second trimester because it supports our bub's extra need for iron, calcium, vitamin D and DHA and we're loving just how easy it is to add into our everyday life.
